I could never choose because I love everything The Cure does. Seen them twice in concert as well. The only addition I would make to the list is “Underneath the Stars” which is one of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard:-)

Oh good one! And I am so jealous of you seeing them not once, but twice live!

They were amazing, but no real stage patter–very serious:-)

Hands up I can’t like everything, no even I am only human.
I was never keen on the cure. But I do have a story about Killing An Arab. Our youngest lad was about 9 years old when he borrowed a tape of his eldest brother. He took it round to his friends. Later that evening I had a concerned mum at my back door . She was clutching a tape in her hand saying did I know my son was playing subversive music to her son? ..yup It was the cure and Killing an Arab ….. What can I say 😀
