Charlize Theron. Hair and make-up look nice, the dress not so much.
I LOVE Rachel Weisz and she was outstanding in The Favourite, but this outfit gets a big NO from me.
Honorary Mention (because I love her)
Our very own Olivia Coleman, who walked away with the best actress award

Omg 10000 times yes in Helen Mirren! She is divine!!!
But I’ve got to disagree with Maya Rudolph. I like the print but there’s just too much! She looks like she’s being swallowed! I’m not sure why I love Gemma Chan’s though because she a HUGE dress on too. Maybe because she let her arms be free to give a bit of lightness? 🤔 not sure haha

Yes, her arms being free & showing that bit of flesh does make it seem a bit lighter. And yes, I think Maya’s dress is definitely another that’ll divide opinion, but I kinda like how she’s working it, but it does definitely swamps her.

Billy Porter KILLED it. YAS QUEEN. I LOOOOVE Lady Gaga, but what was with those weird arm rests on her dress? It would have been perfection without those 🤷🏻♀️🤣

Charlize Theron’s dress all I can see is her boobs. Don’t like that at all. Helen Mirren always gets it right!

What’s withe cape drape look..yuk ..sorry. I think Olivia Coleman’s outfit to me she looks the best. ..go on you can all scream at me …I didn’t like any of the outfits. I do love Rami Malek and Lucy Boynton but her dress NOOO! What on earth did the other couples look like. 😜🤭💜💜💜

I would never scream at you, Willow. I’ve never understood people who can’t handle it when someone doesn’t like something you like or vice versa. We’re all different with different tastes, innit? We like what we like. And we don’t like what we don’t like. It’s all good 👍🏻

I also like Helen’s, Kiki’s and Lady Gaga’s dresses but Olivia Coleman is my stand out. What a fun series, thank you for going it as I never get around to seeing much of the awards otherwise!!

Ahh I do like Lady Gaga’s dress a whole lot, classically beautiful but there were one or two frock horrors there. Some real “what were they thinking moments!”

Glad you are on the ball here as I saw none of it yet! The cape was very in this year. So so glad for Olivia Colman- she is amazing.
